By using Jetnexa or calling our booking line, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Jetnexa provides a phone-based flight booking and travel information service. We help customers find and book flights to Las Vegas and related destinations. We are not an airline and do not operate flights.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to airline availability and fare rules. Prices quoted over the phone are estimates until payment is confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and personal details before confirming a purchase.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies depend on the airline and fare type purchased. Please see our Refund / Cancellation Policy for more details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jetnexa is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or other travel disruptions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our booking assistance service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
