All refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to the fare rules of the airline ticket you purchased. Some fares are non-refundable; others may allow changes for a fee.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, call us at (855) 220-8250 as soon as possible. Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled departure time to be considered for any refund or credit.
3. Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the airline approves the cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
4. Change Fees
Flight changes may incur airline change fees plus any fare difference. Our agents will clearly explain all costs before processing a change.
5. Service Fees
Jetnexa booking assistance fees are non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed, unless the booking was cancelled due to an error on our part.
6. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations. Ask your agent about insurance options when booking.
